The role of the governing body is a support the headteacher in the strategic running of the school. Governors hold a shared vision for the school which is clear, understood and well communicated to staff, parents and pupils. The governing body sets the strategic direction of the school and has a central role in the leadership of the school. Here at Ysgol y Parc we have a very active governing body that support the school community on a daily basis.
